~THE JOB
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Timeline Project Manager to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring that product development and commercialization projects stay on schedule and meet key milestones. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in project management, preferably within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, and familiarity with regulatory processes is a plus.
~THE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project timelines for new product launches and ongoing initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Quality) to ensure alignment on deliverables and deadlines.
- Monitor progress against timelines, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide clear updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and, where applicable, regulatory requirements for product development and commercialization.
- Utilize project management tools and software to track tasks, dependencies, and critical paths.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership on project status, risks, and resource needs.
- Responsible for leading and coordinating the end-to-end development of new fragrance scents, from concept to final formulation. Manages timelines, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration between perfumers and suppliers.
- Oversees briefing, evaluation rounds, testing, regulatory compliance, and production handoff to ensure the fragrance meets creative, technical, and market requirements.
~THE QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 1–3 years of project management experience, preferably in CPG or a related industry.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana).
- Familiarity with regulatory processes (FDA, labeling, compliance) is a plus.
- Working in a very fast paced environment.
