Who You Are: We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative TikTok Shop Manager to oversee and drive the commercial success of our TikTok shop. This is a new and exciting opportunity to manage and grow our TikTok ecommerce presence.

This role is eligible to participate in our Sales Bonus Plan.

What You're Good At:

Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and acquire new TikTok followers/customers
Collaborating with partnership and social teams to bring on influencers to promote and sell products through the TikTok shop
Working directly with the ad team for advertising campaigns, target audiences and measure ROI
Overseeing merchandising, promotions, product listing health and inventory planning for the TikTok shop storefront to maximize sales
Staying up-to-date on TikTok shopping features and trends to identify new opportunities
Tracking KPIs and preparing reports on growth, engagement and sales
Building annual goals, growth projections, marketing needs & inventory forecasts to fuel the growth on TikTok Shop
Collaborating cross-functionally with digital marketing, merchandising, finance and operations teams

What You Contribute:

3+ years experience in ecommerce, social commerce or related field
Strong understanding of influencer marketing and paid social strategies
Analytics skills and data-driven mindset
Excellent project management and organizational abilities
Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort operating in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
Passion for social media and emerging digital technologies
Passion for fitness & sports nutrition world
