Hadley Designs is a fast-growing eCommerce brand dedicated to bringing beautiful, inspiring, and practical products to families, teachers, and creative individuals. With hundreds of best-selling products on Amazon and TikTok Shop, we are expanding our affiliate marketing program and looking for someone to own and scale our creator partnerships.

The Role: Affiliate Marketing Specialist (TikTok Shop)

As our Affiliate Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for growing and managing our TikTok affiliate program. You’ll work directly with influencers, content creators, and affiliates to expand our brand’s presence and drive sales through organic creator content.

✅ Your primary goal: Scale our TikTok affiliate program from 100 new affiliates per month to 1,000+ per month using proven marketing strategies and automation tools.

What You’ll Do (Your Responsibilities)

1. Grow & Manage Our Affiliate Network

• Recruit, onboard, and activate TikTok creators as affiliates to promote Hadley Designs’ products.
• Manage daily outreach & communication with affiliates via TikTok messages, email, and CRM.
• Optimize the onboarding process to increase creator participation and retention.

2. Boost Affiliate Engagement & Performance

• Develop engagement campaigns, challenges, and incentives to keep affiliates actively posting.
• Create and send weekly affiliate newsletters with content tips, success stories, and new promotions.
• Provide ongoing support & coaching to help affiliates improve their content and sales.

3. Implement Automation & Scalable Processes

• Identify software tools & automation to streamline affiliate discovery, outreach, and management.
• Implement tools like Airtable, Zapier, ClickUp, or AI-driven messaging platforms to automate workflows.
• Track and analyze affiliate performance metrics, making data-driven optimizations to improve ROI.

What We’re Looking For (Ideal Candidate)

✔ Proven experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or social media growth.
✔ Experience managing TikTok Shop affiliates or influencer partnerships.
✔ Creative thinker with a strong ability to implement strategies that have worked for other brands.
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills (you’ll be messaging influencers daily).
✔ Ability to work independently, take ownership, and execute ideas effectively.
✔ Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Airtable, ClickUp, or similar) is a huge plus!

Requirements

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role.
• Experience in e-commerce is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with AI-driven content generation tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of AI tools and their application in content generation and optimization.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketing strategies.
• Adaptability to evolving marketing and sales trends.
