We are looking for a passionate TikTok / Instagram Specialist who will work directly with our clients/partners and online influencers to help them grow views, watch time and engagement on their TikTok and Instagram accounts. In this role, you will provide proactive content strategy and growth tactics to our top tier partners.
Prior professional work experience is not a mandatory requirement - what is more important is your experience growing successful TikTok and/or Instagram accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the TikTok and/or Instagram platforms. Within this role, the candidate must have the ability to coordinate multiple projects, problem solve and work under pressure in a fast-paced media and technology-driven environment. Experience with online content (including creation of videos) and social media management on TikTok and Instagram, will be key contributors to your success.

Key Responsibilities:
Support and be a key contributor in the creation and deployment of strategy programs for clients/partners and online influencers that accelerates organic influence and revenue growth on Instagram and TikTok.
Develop close, professional relationships with Digital Minds’s creators while providing them with top-notch support, guidance and services
Provide ongoing Instagram and TikTok growth strategy to creators (e.g. programming, channel optimization and management, analytics, branding, monetization) to help grow their audience and increase engagement.
Regularly communicate with creators and follow up to ensure they are implementing provided growth tactics.
Ensure an up-to-date knowledge level on Instagram, and TikTok updates and trends in the digital video space.
Update and maintain a calendar of Audience Development sessions with Digital Minds’s partners.
Maintain a proactive schedule of communications and initiatives.
Organize and administer educational webinars.
Provide regular updates to management and peers on creators’ development, initiatives and results.
Provide expertise in developing documentation, marketing communications, videos and other resources relevant to YouTube and creator success.
Track and maintain up-to-date data, partner feedback, records and plans.
Track targets and KPI’s on a regular basis.
