Roles & Responsibilities:
- As a Tier 3 NOC Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving major and minor issues within the infrastructure and respond to the infrastructure issues.
- Make sure all customer-related incidents are addressed within the defined SLAs and SLOs.
- Expected to work on VMWare
- Meets expectations regarding productivity as defined by the process or manager.
- Keep status and change logs for any work.
- Candidates are requested to work from Betsol’s Bengaluru office.
- Working days: 5 days a week; on-call support on weekends and holidays.
Primary Skills required:
- 3-5 years’ experience in Contact Center Enterprise (Cisco)
- 2+ years' experience in Cisco Call Manager, Unity, Presence, Contact Center Express and Expressway
- 2+ years of working knowledge on Cisco CUBE and VRF Routing.
- Working experience on Cisco Firepower on FDM.
- Working knowledge on Cisco Nexus Switching with VPC
- Working experience on VMware ESXi.
- Good to have experience with Microsoft Windows Server 20xx, MS Active Directory, DNS & DHCP.
- Experience working on SIP and VoIP protocols.
- Good to have experience on ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Jira, etc
- Willingness to work in mentioned shift i.e., 12.00 PM EST to 3.00 AM EST (9.30 pm to 12.30 pm IST).
- Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
B.E./ ME (CS/EE) / MCA/Graduate or equivalent higher-level degree
