About your Role:
As a THL Care Coordinator, You will provide therapeutic interventions, case coordination and/or resource linkage to clients and other involved parties (i.e. family, DCS, Court personnel, non-relative supports, etc.) to affect identified needed changes within the individual or family.

Does the Following Apply to You?
- A Bachelor’s degree in a Human Service discipline from an accredited four-year college or university
- 1 year of experience working with children/adolescents in a therapeutic, community-based treatment environment
