Key Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Sourcing: Proactively identify and attract therapist candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and other recruitment sources.
2. Screening and Evaluation: Conduct initial candidate assessments, review applications, and perform phone screenings to ensure candidates meet the basic qualifications and align with O7 Therapy's values and mission.
3. Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews for therapist candidates with the Medical Team, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
4. Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, providing them with information about O7 Therapy and the opportunities we offer.
5. Compliance and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with the HR and Medical Teams to understand the requirements and expectations for therapist candidates and ensure alignment with our mission and values.
7. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in therapist recruitment to ensure we attract top talent.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively.
- Familiarity with recruitment best practices and tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the mental health industry and an understanding of therapist qualifications is a plus.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is a must.
