What You'll Do:
- Oversee daily accounting administration related to the show and venue, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations
- Collaborate with external accounting firms, supporting their efforts on accounting, tax matters, and producing both weekly show accounts and quarterly group accounts
- Manage payroll administration for shows and venues, including the management and calculation of holiday pay
- Process and approve invoices and payments efficiently and accurately, maintaining strong relationships with vendors
- Prepare quarterly investor reports and assist in the preparation of materials for board discussions
- Support the financial budget process, helping ensure alignment with company goals and production needs
- Assist with the statutory audit process, working closely with auditors to provide necessary documentation and insights
- Work with Producers to set up SPVS and show financing structures, and refine show financial models

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, payroll, tax compliance, and budgeting
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to collaborate with external accounting firms and communicate effectively with internal teams
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Bonus: Experience with investor reporting and board material preparation
