The Harness Design and Release Engineering is in charge of new Product Development Process. In charge of developing prototype and production parts for current and new Stellantis electric distribution projects. Able to control and comply with the engineering design requirements and metrics of each program under development, responsible for new managing model year changes as well as the transfer of future developments from other regions to Mexico. Analysis of field claims to define effective countermeasure proposals. Support to manufacturing and related areas.
The key responsibilities include:
• Experience with harness electrical architecture and vehicle development.
• NX and Teamcenter-11.
• Microsoft Office/Microsoft Teams/Google are normally used.
• English is the official language for communication and documentation.
• Electrical knowledge of electricity principles.
• Must be able to read schematics/wiring diagrams, and good communication and organizational
Skills.
• Accountability, proactivity, target orientation, clarity of communication /presentation and aptitude for problem solving.
•Understanding of wiring safety and functional requirements
• Experience with vehicle packaging and assembly requirements.
Qualifications:
Experience of 1 - 3 years in Harness development Engineering.
• NX Advanced for EE products
• APQP, Core Tools.
