Key Responsibilities:
- Facilities Management:
- Office Operations: Manage the overall functionality and maintenance of office facilities, including equipment, supplies, and common areas.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for building maintenance, cleaning, security, and other related services.
- Space Planning: Oversee office space allocation, including seating arrangements and meeting room management to ensure an efficient and collaborative environment.
- Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and lead any initiatives related to workplace safety and wellness.
- Budget Management: Assist with budget planning and monitoring for people-related expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions for all maintenance and operational needs.
- Internal Engagement:
- Employee Communication: Develop and implement internal communication strategies to keep employees informed, motivated, and engaged.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute company-wide or team-specific events, such as town halls, team-building activities, social gatherings, and wellness programs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- - Partner with HR, IT, and leadership teams to support overall employee engagement and facilities needs.
- - Provide support for other departments and teams in creating an effective and positive workplace experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in facilities management, office operations, with a proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Skills:
- - Strong project management and organizational skills.
- - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- - Proficiency in MS Office.
- - Ability to multitask and manage both facilities operations and employee engagement initiatives.
- - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to act as a liaison between vendors, employees, and management.
- - Understanding of workplace safety regulations and best practices.
