  • Engage with ophthalmologist and ophthalmology department especially in teaching hospital in order to build trust and partnership with them because these hospitals are the reference hospitals of the country.
  • Seize opportunities for Santen business such as focus on new product listing in potential hospitals that Santen did not have business before.
  • Bachelor's degree in science or related field.
  • Experience as Sales professionals minimum for three (3) years.
  • Knowledge of selling skill, presentation skill, strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving thinking.
  • Proactive, highly motivated, well-organized and high spirit of teamwork.
