Within the Label and Artists Solutions team, you will contribute to Believe’s success by acquiring new clients and implementing local sales strategy, designed with the Business Development Leader, through:
- Sourcing and building a pipeline of new artists and/or labels
- Negotiating deals with qualified leads, in compliance with defined business rules, complexity of local market
- Adapting to service innovations and increasing complexity in deal structure
- Monitoring your performance using tools and dashboards
- Ensuring streamline communication with all stakeholders
- Ensuring the best transition with the team that will handle customer’s day-to-day relationship and support (especially account management team)
- More than 4 years of proven track record in sales and negotiation in a fast-growing environment (technology, services, media, entertainment)
- Knowledge of digital ecosystem and passionate about Music
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly motivated, structured and organized priority with excellent time management skills
