Contribute to improving the most efficient tools and processes for booking
Imagine and implement touring strategies (scheduling, priority targets, prices) with artists and their management
Define the artistic directions on shows
Set up tours; prospect, negotiate, finalize the various contracts with programmers, broadcasters, concert halls
Coordinate, manage the project overall and transmit information internally and externally
Ensure daily relatoinships with artist's entourage
Monitor tour budgets with production team
Search for new artists to enrich roster
You have an excellent network and experience in venues, festivals, shows, preferably in the local music scene
Experience in managing production and co-production budgets
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Strong interpersonal skil
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Able to communicate in both Thai and English.
