Role Overview:
We seek an experienced Director of Sales & Growth to lead our sales initiatives and drive our growth strategy. This individual will be instrumental in penetrating our target sectors, increasing market share, and contributing significantly to our overall success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships within the target minerals, metals, agriculture, petroleum, and manufacturing sectors.
- Partner with the marketing team to identify emerging market trends and effectively position our platform in the market.
- Lead the sales team to drive business development, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories.
- Provide on-the-ground support for the sales team as they generate leads and close new deals.
- Report on sales activity and forecast to senior leadership with a clear plan for sustained growth.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a sales executive/director, with a track record of successfully leading a sales program in one or more of our target sectors in hard industries.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to set clear priorities, delegate, and guide investment in people and systems.
- Keen business sense, with a strategic mindset and the ability to make difficult decisions.
- In-depth knowledge of market dynamics, sales process, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
- BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Willingness to travel as required.
