Test Team Engineer

Qualis is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Team Engineer. Test 5 who works with the Capability Leads (T1 level) and Capability Test Teams (Enterprise level) to develop the test plans, procedures and coordinate all logistics for executing tests related to the capabilities (Multiple capabilities may be tested in one test).

Requirements

Requirements:

• Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree
• Candidate must have 10+ years of experience
• Candidate must be a US Citizen and have a Top Secret/SCI DoD Clearance
• Candidate must have knowledge of testing and creating/executing tests as well

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the Capabilities Leads for objectives.
• Determine what needs to be tested, the requirements intended to be verified, and other key parameters.
• Act as test directors for executing the capabilities tests.
