You Are a Perfect Match If You've Got:
• Minimum 4 experience in a similar position (leadership role, managing and mentoring QA teams)
• Strong knowledge of testing, test processes, and tools
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and agile
• Experience of collaborating with teams and customers in an international environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA - nice to have
What You Will Be Doing:
• Plan, organize, and manage all activities related to end-to-end acceptance testing, including defining testing strategies, developing test plans, and ensuring the quality of deliverables
• Oversee and coordinate the work of an external testing team, ensuring their activities align with the overall project goals and timelines
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an international environment to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior testers and QA team members, fostering a culture of quality and excellence
• Oversee the execution of test cases; analyze test results; generate detailed test reports
