- Bachelor’s in Engineering, IT, or a related field from an accredited university.
- 1+ years of experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in test automation, such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium WebDriver, Appium, Cypress, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
- Ability to write and execute SQL queries for database testing.
- Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and web services (RESTful APIs).
- Proven track record of driving initiatives to improve test automation processes and quality within the organization.
- Aptitude for troubleshooting and debugging test automation failures.
- Capability to design robust and maintainable automation frameworks and test suites.
