ABOUT ROLE:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales, TP% and collection targets by developing current and new customers in BFSI, NBFC, Banking, Retail, Architecture, Automotive, Petroleum and Advertisement segments etc.
- Responsibility of New Business business development through product specification at end users or share gain with the help of converters.
- Responsibility for handling the sales of products like Flex, Wall graphics, Fabrics, PVC films (for advertising & branding) and solar & safety films (Architecture)
- You should manage & keep track of primary and secondary sales customers wise & work towards achieving the targeted growth across all customers.
- Lead and opportunity pipeline management through SFDC
- Engagement with prospective customers to identify unmet needs, implement initiatives to meet those needs.
- Identify distribution gap and bridging by appointing new distributors, resellers & authorized converters in the market which is required for building the targeted business.
- Market & competitors analysis and update of insights to the management on a regular basis.
- Work on short and long term business plans in consultation with the reporting manager.
- Monthly Sales forecasting for active inventory planning & anticipate unfavorable variance in sales and provide inputs and follow-up actions to prevent/close the gap.
Relationship Management:
- Response to the customers and market, coordination with customer service, supply chain, logistics, finance, marcom, technical, quality and product marketing team to handle customers queries and support them on time.
- Developing and managing the relationship with the network of Distributors, resellers, converters, converters and printers.
- Strives to maximize customer satisfaction & creates a quality reputation for the company in the marketplace.
- Experience range 7-15 years of sales experience with a proven successful track record.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree
Key Competencies & Skills Required:
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills including presentations and face-to-face communications at all levels.
- Product and market knowledge of the Graphics Industry preferably. Other industries - lighting, industrial printers, fabric, window films, architecture and tapes etc.
- Readiness to travel extensively as per business requirements.
- Analytical & articulating skills, ability of multitasking & handling the management expectations
- Persistent, structured in approach and disciplined to the process of the organization
- Should be proficient in MS Excel & Power point
- Excellent verbal - written communication & interpersonal skills. Knowledge of English, Hindi & regional language.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment & able to keep pace with growth expectations.
- Self-motivated, adaptable & Self-starter who delivers with minimum supervision.
