YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
Accountability to P&L
In charge of all the employees in the territory
Creating Sales and Marketing plans and yearly budgets to ensure corporate objectives are met.
Track progress of objectives and goals.
Managing key accounts.
Highest contact to all customers in territory
Managing the activity of the different distributors / reps in the territory.
Accountability for inventory levels
Produce management reports for all APAC films business activities.
Keep track and update all open projects in the territory
Developing more active customers in China, Korea and Japan
Develop new territories to the BU
ACTIVITIES
Implementation of strategic and annual plans
Looking for new opportunities through sales channels and market trends.
Business development activities with the different product managers
Implementation of additional initiatives according to the company guidelines
BD activities in strategic product lines
SUCCESS FACTORS
Sales and gross profit increase

Implementation of yearly business plan
Gain new accounts and diversify our product portfolio within existing account.
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU
Business administration degree (MBA advantage)
5 years past experience as a sales or marketing manager in China
Business development understanding (past BDM role – advantage)
Previous jobs with international companies – advantage
Experience in industrial company which deal with one or more of the following categories- Coating/lamination/insulation/furniture film
Fluent in Chinese and English (Japanese or Korean – advantage)
