Job Title: Terminal/Storage Scheduler-W2
Location: Houston -Galleria -Hybrid.
Job Type: Long term Contract
Job Summary: The Terminal/Storage Scheduler will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating the storage and handling of products using P6/Primavera. This role ensures optimal utilization of storage facilities and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed schedules for storage and handling operations using P6/Primavera.
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless scheduling and execution.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage storage capacity to prevent overflows and shortages.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze data to identify trends and optimize scheduling processes.
- Prepare and present reports on scheduling activities and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve scheduling conflicts and issues.
- Good communication skills, high level energy and can work in fast paced environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 10-15 years' experience in scheduling and planning within the storage and handling industry.-
- Proficiency in P6/Primavera and other scheduling software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards related to the storage of chemicals, oil, gases, LNG, biofuels, and vegetable oils.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with storage facilities handling a diverse range of products.

Certification in project management or scheduling (e.g., PMP, PMI-SP).
