We Are Hiring a Tender, Offer and Contract Specialist (m/f/d) based in Italy, on a full-time permanent basis.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Specialist with a passion for tender, offer, and contracts to join our team at Penumbra. You will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality competitive bids, contributing to the successful acquisition of our life-saving products by hospitals.

What You Will Work On

  • Operate the full tender life cycle, from RFP monitoring, bid preparation, to tender management and tracking.
  • Manage and complete tender submissions, collaborating closely with Sales and other departments.
  • Monitor public procurement platforms for relevant RFPs.
  • Track and maintain tender information in Penumbra’s databases, sharing it with relevant departments.
  • Propose optimizations for tender monitoring, bid, and tender management processes.
  • Maintain comprehensive filing systems and databases for contract documents.
  • Keep accurate pricing and discount information for hospital purchasers.
  • Compile, verify accuracy of, and prepare source data for computer entry.
  • Maintain contract files, performing periodic inspections, and responding to file requests.
  • Evaluate, improve, and implement department procedures and processes. Troubleshoot and resolve team issues.

What You Bring

  • University degree or similar level of education required, study of law or similar preferred.
  • Previous experience in Tender, Offer & Contract environment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and computation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management.
  • Medical device industry experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Italian (native speaker level) and English (fluent). Additional European languages are a plus.
