  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute monthly content calendars, ensuring a steady stream of fresh, relevant, and timely video content.
  • Monitor TikTok and Instagram for trending sounds, challenges, and formats to inspire new content ideas.
  • Regularly analyze the performance of TikTok and Reels content, providing insights and recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and virality.
  • Engage with the TikTok and Instagram communities by identifying comments, messages, and mentions quickly and authentically.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative video concepts and campaigns, always aiming to make content shareable and fun.

Qualifications:

  • REQUIRED: Portfolio showcasing skills that demonstrate your experience in social media. Please add your online portfolio link when applying and link to a 9:16 video you think would be successful on Brooks TikTok.
  • 1+ years’ experience in social media for a consumer brand or relevant portfolio work.
  • Proven experience as a social media content creator with a strong focus on TikTok and Instagram Reels video production.
  • Expert-level knowledge of iPhone video shooting, editing apps (e.g., CapCut, InShot, or similar), and an understanding of how to use platform tools to enhance videos.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful TikTok and Reels videos, with an emphasis on engaging, trend-driven content.
  • Passion for staying on top of the latest social media trends, transitions, sounds, and editing styles.
  • Excellent visual storytelling and communication skills.
