We an opportunity for THREE Temporary Senior Complex Case Managers (RN) to join the Alliance's Pediatric Complex Case Management team.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidates for this role will be a team player, flexible, eager to learn, and a critical thinker. This role involves working in the grey and working independently, but also being willing to, and knowing when to, collaborate with other team members to provide the best possible care for our pediatric members and families. It is important to add someone to this team who is excited and ready to be part of a team who works closely together and frequently.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Pediatric Complex Case Management team is a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team, that supports one another while case managing and advocating for children with complex medical and developmental issues. It is a busy team that always makes time to come together, constantly communicates, and delegates to remain efficient and productive. They are looking for another great team player, who also likes to have some fun in between the hard work.

The full compensation range for this position is listed by location below.
The actual compensation for this role will be determined by our compensation philosophy, analysis of the selected candidate's qualifications (direct or transferrable experience related to the position, education or training), as well as other factors (internal equity, market factors, and geographic location).
$54-$61/hr in Monterey Country/Santa Cruz County
$54-$56/hr in Merced County
Available for all regular Alliance employees working more than 30 hours per week. Some benefits are available on a pro-rated basis for part-time employees. These benefits are unavailable to temporary employees while on an assignment with the Alliance.
