We are presenting an exciting opportunity for a highly driven and customer focused Telesales Manager to lead and inspire the Southwest telesales teams, this role will be predominantly based in Bristol.
The successful Telesales Manager will instil a high-performing sales culture, driving the team to identify and capitalise on upselling and cross-selling opportunities while diligently achieving set KPIs and targets.
You will encompass comprehensive management tasks, including call allocation, leave authorisation, monitoring absences, and coordinating staff rotas. You will also actively engage in your own call lists, ensuring hands-on participation in daily sales activities.
Problem-solving will be a key part of your role - quickly troubleshooting daily challenges and expertly handling escalations will be crucial for your success.
