- Managing day to day activities and continous improvement of telesales team
- Coordinate responsibilities and capacity planning for target fulfillments for their team.
- Actively monitor team performance on daily basis by generating the reports
- Involved in script development and enhancement as well as the development of the tools.
- Minimum 1 year as a telesales manager
- Result and sales-oriented with a strong focus on sales achievement
- Excellent analytical & leadership skill is a must
- Strong people management skills and ability to create a positive and competitive work environment
