LOCATION: Office based role 5 days per week, Sandyford, Dublin (Ireland)

About the role:

At Viva.com we are here for the long-term developing lasting customer relationships built on trust and transparency rather than traditional banking practices of lengthy customer contracts and the ubiquitous hidden fee.

First and foremost, as a Telesales / Telemarketer / Internal Sales Person you will be a new business generator, a relationship builder and we will help you to become the go-to person for all thing’s payment. You will be given the autonomy to generate your own business pipeline working across several verticals including hospitality and retail. The role will specifically enable you to:

  • Be based in the office with a focus of selling Saas based merchant payment solutions to retail and hospitality customers.
  • Self-generate and drive sales within your sales vertical for small to medium sized businesses.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Be responsible for the complete sales process from lead sourcing, customer onboarding and account activation.

Requirements

What we look for in the role of Telesales Executive / Internal Sales Person / Telemarketer / Sales Development Representative:

  • A minimum of 18 months experience in a Business to Business sales role,
  • Ideally recent experience of selling products or services into the hospitality / retail sectors.
  • Proactive sales hunter proficient with using a needs based / solution focused sales process.
  • Proven sales track record of achieving sales targets (minimum 18 months).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Excellent ability to build rapport.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
