As the Sales Operations Executive - Mortgage, you will be responsible for following up with clients, ensuring they provide the required documents for a loan eligibility check, and guiding them through the loan application process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact clients to follow up, build rapport, and collect necessary documents for a loan eligibility check.
- Proactively assist clients in submitting loan application documents and ensure smooth processing with banks.
- Maintain strong, persuasive communication to provide updates, answer queries, and guide clients toward finalizing the sale.
- Collaborate closely with mortgage consultants to streamline processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address customer concerns effectively, overcome objections, and escalate any issues that may arise to close deals.
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities to maximize client engagement and sales potential.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelors degree.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in banking and sales representation;
- Experience in the Telesales field is a plus.
Knowledge
- Basic knowledge of mortgage process and eligibility;
- Familiarity with loan application processes, eligibility calculation and document collection;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Skills
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively;
- Good communication skills;
- Fluent in Arabic (required) and English (required).
