Amar Bank is one of the most technologically advanced digital banks in Indonesia. Our leading digital lending product, Tunaiku has the distinction of being the first FinTech product in Indonesia. We are also the first digital bank on the cloud. As the first profitable digital bank, we managed to get listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange.
How did we manage to do that?

How did it all start?
Founded on March 15, 1991, in Surabaya as PT Anglomas International Bank (Amin Bank), the bank was acquired by Tolaram Group and transformed to PT Bank Amar Indonesia (Amar Bank) in 2014. It has then undergone a significant digital transformation to become one of the country's forerunning fintech institutions through its award-winning digital lending platform, Tunaiku.

Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic telemarketing plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Lead, manage, and coach the telemarketing team to improve performance and achieve sales goals.
- Monitor team performance, analyze sales data, and prepare reports on progress and achievements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of the telemarketing strategy with the overall business goals.
- Manage the telemarketing budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and ethical standards related to telemarketing activities.
- Identify opportunities for new telemarketing techniques and technologies to improve efficiency and results.
- Provide exceptional leadership that fosters a positive, results-driven work environment.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in telesales or telemarketing.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
