Rentokil Initial has an exciting position available for an experienced Telephone Sales Consultant to join our vibrant, passionate, fast-paced team in a full-time, permanent office-based position. You will be working in your own territory, selling a range of our Residential Pest Services.

Picture this, you are an internal sales expert looking for your next big challenge!

Responsibilities in this role include:

  • Proactive outbound calling to gain new customers and maintain existing customers to achieve revenue targets
  • Provide excellent customer service on every inbound call and proactively identify sales opportunities through outbound campaigns
  • Ensure the end-to-end sales process is executed efficiently to deliver customer satisfaction
  • Troubleshooting and ongoing support ensuring customer issues are resolved 
  • Manage the day-to-day administration requirements of your customer 
  • Planning and organising yourself to be responsive and be able to adapt to customer requests quickly and effectively as well as driving consistent service delivery performance

The ideal candidate must possess:

  • Demonstrable and proven call centre/telesales customer service skills
  • The ability to build long-term internal and external relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
