Our South Island business is seeking a Telephone salesperson to join our Initial Hygiene division, RI welcomes blended working, this role would require at least 3 days in office to build internal relationships, collaborate with your teammates and deliver exceptional customer outcomes. This role will report to the Regional Sales Manager and will be part of the Customer Service/Sales Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of our Initial Hygiene customers across the region.

The purpose of this position is to:

    • Provide excellent customer services on every inbound call and proactively identify sales opportunities through outbound campaigns
    • Manage the day-to-day administration requirements of your customer whilst ensuring customer issues are resolved 
    • Planning and organising yourself and others to be responsive and be able to adapt to customer requests quickly and effectively as well as driving consistent service delivery performance.
    • Supporting the outbound sales team with customer and administrative support

The ideal candidate must possess:

    • Demonstrable and proven call centre/telesales customer service skills
    • The ability to build long-term internal and external relationships
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
    • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
