We are a currently seeking a Telemarketing Executive. Our client are a family-owned SME and have managed business with a rich history in the care sector, trading for over 20 years.

As an Internal Business Development Executive, you will be directly supporting the Managing Director driving growth by building a pipeline of leads and generating enquiries and appointments. This is a dynamic and rewarding position which whilst primarily telephone based is focused on call quality and not volumes.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Research new customer opportunities and markets
  • Proactively contact prospective customers via phone, email, and social media
  • Book appointments for our sales team at new customer premises
  • Follow up on potential sales opportunities promptly and consistently

Requirements

  • High standards of customer service
  • Professional and confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Hunger and tenacity to reach new prospects within our target market
  • Ability to proactively plan and meet KPIs
  • Strong IT skills, including CRM system management
  • Ability to focus and be office-based full-time
  • Motivation driven by KPIs and team targets

Benefits

Hours - 8:30 to 4:30pm

25 days Annual Leave

Free refreshments

Salary - £32,500 rising to £35,000 after 6 months

Generous and and uncapped bonus with no threshold
