We're seeking a driven and results-oriented Telesales Officer to join our! In this role, you'll play a crucial part in promoting sales of our innovative Health insurance product. Your responsibilities will include prospecting, qualifying leads, educating potential customers on product benefits, and closing deals.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand customer pain points and identify how our product can provide solutions.
- Educate potential customers on features and benefits of our HMO product that is relevant to specific customer needs.
- Effectively guide customers through the sales process and sign-up of new accounts.
- Build strong relationships with potential customers and become a trusted advisor.
- Exceed assigned sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or a similar B2B sales role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- In-depth understanding of the challenges faced by small businesses (a plus).
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (a plus)
- A passion for technology and a strong desire to learn about new solutions.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
