- Facilitate Agile practices and promote Scrum values within the team and with stakeholders.
- Define, prioritize, and communicate the product backlog for specific projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Track and report on squad performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee projects executed by external vendors, ensuring quality and timeline alignment.
- Use Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Github to ensure transparency and effective project management.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years in B2B project management, with proven Agile (Scrum Master & Product Owner) expertise.
- Strong background in managing squad performance metrics for continuous improvement.
- Skilled in managing projects involving external vendors.
- Familiar with mixed environments (e.g., .NET, PHP), bridging technical and non technical teams.
- Proficiency in Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence and Github.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English oral and written skills.
