- Lead the development and implementation of global communication and BPO solutions, focusing on Service Management (ServiceNow) and Contact Center platforms.
- Manage and deliver consulting and project management services related to these solutions.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, scope, and budget.
- Utilize Agile methodologies (Agile, Kanban, Scrum) and traditional approaches (Waterfall) to manage projects effectively.
- Employ project management tools such as MS Project Server.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, Asset Management).
- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using standards like JDBC, MID Server, REST/SOAP.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields.
- 4-6 years of experience in ITSM tool implementation projects, preferably with ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Agile, Kanban, Scrum) and traditional project management approaches (Waterfall).
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow, including ITSM, ITOM, and Asset Management modules.
- Experience with system integrations using standards like JDBC, MID Server, REST/SOAP.
- Fluent English oral and written skills.
