- Academic background in technology or telecommunications.
- Solid experience in backend development using C# and .NET.
- Knowledge of SOLID, DDD and Design Patterns.
- Proficiency in SQL Server relational databases.
- Familiarity with RESTful web services and communication protocols.
- Working knowledge of API design and software architecture patterns.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team spirit and ability to collaborate effectively with teammates.
- Genuine interest in getting involved in the telecommunications sector and deepening knowledge of antenna construction and radio links.
- Good knowledge of or previous experience with workflow frameworks such as Elsa Workflows.
- Desirable knowledge of OAuth2 for authentication and authorization.
- Intermediate knowledge of English to interact with international partners and clients.
