- Provide expert-level support for PL/SQL-based applications in our telecom environment;
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to minimize system downtime;
- Optimize SQL queries and improve database performance to enhance application responsiveness;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and conduct root cause analysis;
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 application availability;
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation;
- Develop and execute database scripts for data manipulation and reporting;
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement;
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in application support, preferably in the retail or e-commerce sector;
- Strong expertise in PL/SQL programming and database management;
- Proficiency in SQL query optimization and performance tuning;
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile methodologies;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure;
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
