Telecaller - Sales Support Executive

  • Ensure compliance with contractual agreements, service level agreements, and key account requirements.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with Travel Agents  to maintain transparency, gather feedback, and foster continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address Travel Agents requests, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional service.
  • Conduct outbound calls to travel agents to promote Travel Product
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales and operations team in a B2B travel agency.
  • Facilitate the smooth onboarding process for Travel Agents, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Travel Agents during the onboarding process, addressing inquiries and providing guidance.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to set up Travel Agent accounts, configure systems, and do hand holding for usager of Agent Portal Login
  • Manage Agent Enrollemnt/Registration process ,  KYC documentation, and Timelines to ensure onboarding tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client onboarding, customer success, account management, or a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and manage client expectations.
  • Detail-oriented approach and organizational skills to manage multiple client onboarding simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, including sales, product, and support, to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Problem-solving abilities to address client concerns, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful onboarding outcomes.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on providing valuable insights, recommendations, and solutions to clients to drive long-term satisfaction.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and travel management software for data entry and documentation.
