The Role:
We are looking to hire an experienced, customer - oriented Telesales executive to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets. The telesales executive’s responsibilities include cross-selling or up-selling our products where possible, receiving incoming telephone calls and assisting with customer inquiries, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received. You should also be able to liaise with the appropriate departments to resolve customer complaints.
To be successful as a telesales executive, you should be persuasive and able to work in a high-pressure environment. Ultimately, a top-performing telesales executive should be able to follow sales scripts as well as demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales by making outbound calls and pitching the company’s products & packages in line with customers’ needs.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of the company’s products & packages.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and revenue targets.
- Fostering and sustaining relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Ensure timely and accurate collection of payments from customers in accordance with company policies.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using lead management systems and CRM tools for effective sales operations.
- Exhibit excellent command of both English and Arabic (verbal and written), catering to the bilingual nature of the GCC market.
- Accurately recording and processing details of customers’ purchase orders in the CRM.
- Possess a solid understanding of the property and automotive markets in the GCC region, staying updated on industry trends.
- Display exceptional communication and negotiation skills to navigate diverse customer requirements.
- Identifying and classifying buyer profiles, i.e., B2B, B2C, C2C.
- Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
- Meeting monthly KPIs & revenue targets.
- Ensuring timely payment collection from customers Proficiency of Tools & Systems.
- Lead management system, CRM Essential Skills.
- Excellent command of English & Arabic (verbal & written).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of property & automotive markets.
- Cool-tempered and able to successfully counter rebuttals in order to close sales.
- Basic knowledge and working experience of call center systems & solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field is preferred.
- Excellent command of English & Arabic (verbal & written).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of property & automotive markets.
- Basic knowledge and working experience of call center systems & solutions.
Experience:
- (03) years of sales experience in related field (cross-GCC sales experience will be given strong preference)
