Full-Time
  • To provide technical support for the video streaming equipment, data, optical and network communication systems.
  • To perform installation and maintenance of video streaming equipment (video cameras, audio/video cards, cabling, etc.) in accordance with the specified procedures.
  • To install, administer and trouble shoot computers (laptops), hardware etc., as requested by the management.
  • To monitor information systems, diagnose problems and solve them immediately, while informing the direct manager about the work carried out and the execution times.
  • To respond to user calls and troubleshoots, and to diagnose and resolve software problems.
  • To monitor CDN server connections, diagnose and solve problems, or organize the aversion of problems.
  • To provide day-to-day technical support – consultations and provision of services for users.
  • To monitor the reported problems’ solving process execution in accordance with the problem-solving procedures. To make and save reports and any related documentation.

 

  • English language skills (oral, written, spoken).
  • Certified experience in N1 and N2 technical support.
  • Availability to work in rotating schedules (morning, afternoon, night shift).
  • On-site work.
  • Facilities located in Magdalena and Miraflores.
  • All legal benefits from the first day of employment
