To provide technical support for the video streaming equipment, data, optical and network communication systems.
To perform installation and maintenance of video streaming equipment (video cameras, audio/video cards, cabling, etc.) in accordance with the specified procedures.
To install, administer and trouble shoot computers (laptops), hardware etc., as requested by the management.
To monitor information systems, diagnose problems and solve them immediately, while informing the direct manager about the work carried out and the execution times.
To respond to user calls and troubleshoots, and to diagnose and resolve software problems.
To monitor CDN server connections, diagnose and solve problems, or organize the aversion of problems.
To provide day-to-day technical support – consultations and provision of services for users.
To monitor the reported problems’ solving process execution in accordance with the problem-solving procedures. To make and save reports and any related documentation.
English language skills (oral, written, spoken).
Certified experience in N1 and N2 technical support.
Availability to work in rotating schedules (morning, afternoon, night shift).
On-site work.
Facilities located in Magdalena and Miraflores.
