Operational Support – TechOps engineer (3-4 Years)
· Manage the operational performance of our production deployment.
· Ensure KPI and SLA adherence!
· Account management of some of our key commercial customers
· Relationship management with key internal teams and external suppliers
· Hands-on experience in running operations for a digital streaming platform.
· Collaborating professionally with senior leadership teams to communicate and update on operational challenges, issues and progress & how the team has been successfully navigating them.
You’ll be set up for success if you have:
- Experience in SQL, AWS technologies, GitHub, terraform etc
- Experience in Monitoring tools like, Coralogix, Newrelic. Grafana etc
- Experience in JIRA/ticketing space, especially exposure in handling high priority issues.

knowledge in scripting languages like Python Willing to work in 24*7 environment, night shifts
- need to have good communication skills
Even better if you have:
- Knowledge of end-to-end video delivery technologies and an understanding of issues surrounding video playback an advantage.
- Have experience in OTT workflows, especially on Content Delivery Network, Content Management Systems, video streaming, Server side and client-side ads, DRM
- Experience with Wire-Shark and other supporting Tools
- Experience working under pressure with the flexibility to meet the requirements of a 24/7 365 day per year operations team
- Previous experience managing live incidents in an OTT environment.
- Experience communicating with all levels of the business; able to articulate thoughts and influence senior key stakeholders.
