About our Office IT Team

Our Office IT team is responsible for providing essential technology support and ensuring that all hardware and software systems in the office run smoothly.

We are looking for a skilled Technology Specialist (f/m/d) for a 50% part-time role to join this team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing hardware procurement, device provisioning, and providing general IT support. This position is ideal for someone who is deeply interested in technology, devices; enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in an international work environment.

How would you spend your time if you join us?

  • You oversee the procurement of hardware and manage related inventories to meet office needs
  • You handle the purchasing of IT equipment, ensuring it is cost-effective and timely
  • You enjoy setting up, configure, and provision devices such as laptops, desktops, and printers
  • You monitor maintain, and ensure the proper functioning of all office devices
  • You provide 1st Level IT support, including troubleshooting and assisting employees with basic hardware and software issues

Requirements

Who Are You?

  • You have experience in sourcing, negotiating, and managing hardware purchases
  • You are experienced with purchasing and provisioning IT equipment for office environments
  • You can manage device lifecycles and provide general IT support
  • You can make quick decisions with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • You can communicate fluently in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in German is a plus
  • You can commit to part-time (50%) work with in-office presence two days per week
