Description
We are looking for a technology operations engineer to join our Technology Command Centre team and help us maintain and improve our Technology operations.
Responsibilities
Develop and utilize tools to maintain and monitor various cloud and on-premises hardware and software systems, including operating systems, servers, networks, databases, cloud platforms, and security tools, ensuring stability of company operational platforms and collaborating with other departments to ensure platform performance, availability, and security.

Job Duties
- Development of automation scripts.
- Maintenance of monitoring and alerting systems.
- Analysis of system/application logs.
- Investigation and resolution of emergency incidents.
- Documentation and process establishment.
- Handling customer-related issues.

- 文件及流程的建立
- 客戶相關問題處理。
Requirements
- Graduation from an information-related field or 1+ years of experience in an information-related role.
- Experience with Linux, Windows systems, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure, etc.).
- Experience with monitoring and log querying is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- 資訊相關科系畢業 或 1年以上資訊相關經歷.
- 對系統Linux, windows以及雲端平台(AWS/GCP/Azure..etc)有操作經驗.
- 對監控以及Log查詢有操作經驗更好
- 可獨立工作以及良好的團隊配合
Preferred qualifications
- Strong communication and logical reasoning skills.
- Experience in customer service.
- Experience in platform development (Frontend/Backend).
- Experience in system maintenance (Linux).
- Experience in automation and operations (Ansible, Terraform, etc.).
- 良好的溝通以及邏輯能力.
- 有客戶服務經驗
- 有平台開發經驗(FrontEnd/BackEnd)
- 有系統維護經驗(Linux)
- 有自動化維運經驗(ansible, terraform…etc)
