What you will do:
- Coordinate organizational matters to ensure the proper functioning of the team (e.g., internal planning meetings, 1:1s, sprint reviews, overtime control, and vacation planning, recruiting new team members)
- Conducting team evaluations, managing staff positions and annual budget (promotion recommendations, reductions, role changes)
- Coordinating projects run by the team for multiple clients, controlling team capacity and workload
- Monitoring and verifying the quality of team members' work, controlling KPIs set for the team, NPS, tracked time, and reporting key metrics (e.g., sales, profitability)
- Negotiating project scope, timelines, and budgets
- Actively develop new agency services and propose innovative solutions that drive growth; collaborating with the Growth team to identify new business growth opportunities within Digital Platforms services
- Identify and translating client business needs into agency actions; advise on developing detailed proposals for internal and external clients
- Stay updated on and utilizing MarTech tools (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce (Pardot), SEO/SEM, and other tools like paid campaigns, marketing automation)
- Strengthen client relationships through high-quality project execution; address client feedback in daily work to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction
