POSITION TITLE: SharePoint Online Administrator/Technology Expert

REPORTING TO: Senior Manager

WORKING LOCATION: Bangalore, India

Required

SharePoint Developer/Administrator (SharePoint Online/Office 365/O365)

  • Expert knowledge on SharePoint Administration is required.
  • SharePoint Online (Office 365) Development and Administration
  • Practical SharePoint Online product experience - configuring, administration, development and deploying solutions
  • Experience with SP migrations (ideally from SP2013 to SPO) and SP migration tools
  • Experience of developing SharePoint sites / pages
  • Good front end/CSS skills and experience
  • Experience of integrating SharePoint online with third party applications - using CSOM, JSOM, API etc.
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint Application models
  • Strong practical knowledge of SharePoint Search Service, User Profile Service and other Service Applications
  • Strong practical experience in the use of PowerShell.
  • Experience of undertaking SharePoint BAU Admin activities
  • Experience taking requirements and generating designs and implementing a final solution

Power Platform Administrator

  • Knowledge of SharePoint Online and Power apps, Power automate and PP admin role.
  • Knowledge and experience implementing business solutions in SharePoint
  • Ability to communicate optimally with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Consulting and facilitation skills
  • Experience of working with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps / Flow)
  • Good knowledge of Azure integration and Dynamics 365 integration
  • Good experience on Microsoft Power Platform Administration Foundation
  • Ability to coordinate Power Platform environments. Build and lead environments.
  • Knowledge of power Platform security basics, experience in set up monitoring, Power platform Tuning and optimization, Compliance and Licensing
  • Proven architecture, development and implementation expertise
  • Understanding of the value of out of the box connectors
  • Microsoft CDS - Familiarity with integration of Power Apps Common Data Services and other sources and knowledge on data design and migration practices
  • Microsoft Flow task automation - Understanding of technical aspects using gateways.

Technical Experience

  • 6 to 10yrs of experience working with the SPO Administration with power apps and power automate.
  • Able to create workflow using Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Good hands on experience on gateway creation.

Certification:

  • Azure Certification, preferred but not mandate
  • Any Microsoft certifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree or comparable education
  • Certification ITIL Foundation V3 highly appreciated, but not mandatory
  • Languages: Fluent English
