• Skills o Management
Proficiency in Delivery Management and delivering large technology projects.
Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
Ability to create and manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables. o Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to convey complex information clearly to team members and stakeholders. o Leadership
Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate cross-functional teams.
Ability to resolve conflicts and make decisions under pressure.
Technical Understanding & Familiarity with the domain or industry relevant to the project.
Understanding of technical aspects related to product development or service delivery.
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
Flexibility in handling unexpected challenges
o Bachelor's degree in business management, project management, or related field.
o Prior experience in project coordination, team leadership, or similar roles.
o Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster or Project Management Professional are beneficial.
What you’ll be doing
• Project Coordination
o Orchestrate project tasks, ensuring team members understand their roles, deadlines, and quality standards.
o Monitor project progress and maintain efficient workflows.
• Communication Facilitation
o Liaise between various teams to promote synergy and information flow.
o Minimize misunderstandings and maximize productivity.
• Risk Management o Identify potential risks to project deadlines or quality.
o Implement mitigation measures to avert issues
• Stakeholder Management
o Managing relationships with clients, executives, and other stakeholders.
o Balance competing priorities and expectations.
• Resource Allocation
o Assign the right resources to each task.
o Manage team workload effectively.
• Collaboration
o Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
o Encouraging knowledge sharing and collaboration.
More about you • 12+ years of experience
• Constant curiosity and a desire to improve yourself and your fellow engineers.
• Exposure to Financial Services and Banking concepts.
• Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster or Project Management Professional will be an advantage
