We are currently seeking a Technology Compliance Administrator to join our team in Wichita, KS. This role is responsible for providing technical and professional work for our operations and technology division as is relates to Emprise Bank’s information security program, business continuity, and vendor management.

Essential functions of the role:
Information Security Program
- Monitor the compliance and oversight of the bank’s Information Security Program which includes:
- Review and maintain the Information Security Risk Assessment and Information Assets Risk Assessments to ensure appropriate threats are identified and controls are in place to address threats
- Guide stakeholders to develop, implement, and maintain plans, policies, and procedures.
- Document standard operating procedures to ensure consistency in processes
- Review processes for efficiency and effectiveness and update as needed
- Collaborate and partner with other technology employees to ensure secure confidential information and systems assignments
- Develop, facilitate, and schedule Information Security Awareness training and testing for all employees via appropriate training channels
- Review, validate, and update components of the Information Security, Business Continuity, and Vendor Management programs, gather appropriate materials for reports to the board of directors and committees as required
- Oversee the Incident Response Program, which encompasses the maintenance and revision of Incident Response Plans and procedures, as well as ensuring thorough documentation and integration of lessons learned
Business Continuity
- Oversee the design, documentation, implementation, maintenance, and testing of business continuity and pandemic plans for the organization including:
- Networks, operating systems, servers, and software applications
- Departments and business processes
- Training for all employees
- Provide oversight of current and new vendor records to ensure the full vendor management life cycle is performed and software is accurately maintained
Communication and Execution
- Keep abreast of present and forthcoming Regulatory Guidelines and apply necessary modifications to the relevant programs
- Interact with Emprise employees, other banks, and vendors to strengthen relationships, build networks and share best practices
- Effectively communicate in a variety of settings, adjusting to fit the audience and message
- Provide timely and helpful information to others across the organization
- Coordinate internal and external Information Technology audits, as well as the coordination of Regulatory Exams for the Bank. (Safety and Soundness, Information Technology General Controls, and related areas.)
- Independently evaluate current processes and make recommendations to drive efficiencies, improvements, and resolve issues
- Oversee reporting requirements and lead Information Technology projects as needed
Other duties as assigned within the scope and responsibility of the job
Requirements
- College Degree or level of education that, together with industry experience, enables the applicant to meet the job requirements
- 2-3 years of Information Security, Business Continuity, Vendor Management experience required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills required
- Proficiency with detection and monitoring software and hardware required
