As the Fleet Reliability Manager at Qwello Deutschland GmbH, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our charging infrastructure in Germany. You will lead a small service team, coordinate maintenance operations, and optimize workflows. Additionally, you will facilitate collaboration between internal teams, external partners, and management to drive seamless service operations

Your Responsibilities 🚀
Develop, implement and oversee the operation and maintenance strategies for our Qwello charging infrastructure
Use your analytical mindset to identify priorities and areas of improvement
Collect and analyze data to generate actionable insights and comprehensive reports
Manage and support the technical service team
Collaborate in the implementation of service and construction measures to improve operational efficiency
Coordinate with external companies to ensure high quality and timely execution of tasks
Proactively share your expertise and insights to elevate the team’s knowledge and performance
Facilitate seamless collaboration between the technical service team, parent company and management
Your Profile ✨
Degree in electrical engineering, software engineering, or a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
Ability to conduct root cause analysis for all maintenance-related issues
Excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Analytical mindset with the ability to effectively communicate insights in writing
Ability to self-organize and lead in an environment of changing priorities; willingness to work on multiple tasks/content switching
Willingness to travel throughout Germany
Fluency in written and spoken German and English
Completed further training as a master electrician, technician or comparable qualification is a plus
Skilled in system operation in accordance with DIN VDE 0105-100 is a plus
Initial management experience is a plus
