The Technician II will be based out of our Plano, TX location.
Responsibilities
- Build/ Assemble base station antenna products
- Test/rework VSWR/Isolation, PIM
- Supporting Antenna/Mechanical/electrical engineers in the laboratory
- Any additional tasks that may be assigned
Measurable goals
- Build BST prototype Antennas
- Test/rework VSWR/isolation of antennas
- Test/rework PIM of antennas
- Near-field probing to check the patterns
Qualifications
- Degree requirements: High school diploma/GED
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in the RF industry
- Must have soldering skills to consistently maintain a high level of productivity
- Excellent time management
- Must have strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Good oral/written communication skills
