Technician 3, Engineering

Full-Time
  • Responsible to sustain (Troubleshoot & Repair) backend equipment - Sputtering, Unit Ball Attach, Reflow, Plasma, Taping, Mounting and De-taping uptime above the targeted goal.

  • Responsible to complete all the scheduled PM & conversion within the stipulated time with no further issue.

  • Responsible to sustain MTBA, Repeat Alarm & OEE above goal

REQUIRED:

  • Certificate / Diploma  in  Electrical & Electronic / Mechatronic or  Equivalent.
  • Must be able to work in 12 hour shift
  • Able to read, write and converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia

PREFERRED:

  • Familiarity in computer system & computer network
  • Familiarity in MS Excel, Word, Power Point & Outlook
  • Able to work independently
  • Have a good interpersonal skill

SKILLS:

  • Knowledge in Basic Troubleshooting Flow (Electrical & Mechanical)
  • Knowledge in Electric / Electronic Component
  • Knowledge in Sputtering, Unit Ball Attach, Reflow, Plasma machine will be an added advantage
