- Communicates with engineers and technical specialist regarding cleanroom process related equipment (e.g. ion-beam etching and deposition tool, photolithography tool, cleaning tool, etc.).
- Ensure that throughput are meet, execute procedures and processes to ensure correct and efficient process execution.
- Ensures proper tool maintenance and control.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with the cleanroom engineering team to develop new process or to improve current process capability
- Ensures equipment are in control and are within the specified control limit.
- Extract Raw data in each experiments and generates the initial data package and feedback initial assessment about the result in according to the specific test requirements.
- Perform daily and periodic maintenance.
- Provide updates to engineers in cases of equipment errors and delays in the planned build schedules.
- Highlights issues to engineers when problems are encountered which may affect experiment results. Updates engineers with the status specially when delays are encountered and result feedback is affected.
REQUIRED:
- Diploma degree or higher in the field of Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, Mechatronics or their equivalent.
PREFERRED:
- At least 1-3 years in technical supporting role or any applicable role in HDD business or Electronics industry.
- Experienced in assembly or manufacturing set-up.
- A background in HDD-related field will be a plus.
SKILLS:
- Able to communicate and have a good command of the English language.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoints, Excel, and Word.
- Must demonstrate the ability to effectively and efficiently work among. multidisciplinary teams and lead junior engineers and/or technicians.
